- Mission:
- Drive the growth of consumables and spare parts sales by developing strategic accounts, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and expanding market penetration while ensuring profitable, sustainable partnerships.
- Responsibilities:
- • Increase regional sales of consumables and spare parts
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B customer relationships
- • Structure supply agreements with key strategic accounts in alignment with the C&P team
- • Meet or exceed sales targets while following internal company guidelines
- • Prepare proposals and quotations and lead commercial negotiations
- • Collaborate with Customer Success, Field Services, Marketing and Logistics teams
- • Monitor and report activities related to parts, consumables, technical actions and post-sales follow-up
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; solid B2B commercial experience with a farmer profile; experience in industrial environments is a strong plus; advanced English is mandatory; proficiency with CRM, Power BI and Excel; Spanish is a plus; availability for frequent travel across the South and Southeast regions.
