- We are seeking a dynamic, high-potential Sales Manager to lead our Meta Sales team in Brazil. This is a critical role designed for a rising leader who combines a strong background in Digital Marketing and SaaS sales with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- The ideal candidate is someone who has excelled in the "trenches" of digital sales and has successfully transitioned into leadership, demonstrating the ability to drive measurable impact and scale operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, focusing on hit-rate optimization and career progression.
- Performance Management:
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the Digital Marketing and eCommerce sectors.
- Strategic Execution:
- Implement sales strategies specifically for Google Ads and Meta platforms to help clients maximize their digital presence.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent adherence to sales processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between the local São Paulo team and global stakeholders, utilizing C-level English communication skills to report on regional progress.
- Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales within Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or SaaS.
- Leadership:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Senior TL, or Junior Manager).
- Platform Expertise:
- Direct experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising ecosystems.
- BPO Background:
- Prior experience working within a BPO/Call Center environment (e.g., Teleperformance, Atento) early in your career is highly preferred.
- Languages:
- Native-level Portuguese and C1/C2 English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Education/Mindset:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, coupled with a "High Potential" mindset, someone ready to grow into larger organizational roles.
