  8. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly within the construction materials sector in Brazil, and preferably possess advanced knowledge of sales in the Latin American region.
  9. Responsibilities:
  10. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
  11. - Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the entire country of Brazil and other Latin American countries;
  12. - Lead and manage a sales team, including Key Account Managers, ensuring their success in meeting targets and objectives;
  13. - Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities and track performance metrics;
  14. - Identify and develop distributor networks for building material products, particularly in other Latin American countries;
  15. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing strategies, point of sales activation, and campaigns;
  16. - Communicate effectively with the sales and marketing teams, as well as high-level management, through regular meetings and presentations;
  17. - Monitor and analyze P&L statements, ensuring healthy margins and profitability;
  18. - Willingness to travel extensively within Brazil and other Latin American countries.
  19. Requirements:
  20. - Years of solid sales experience in the building materials industry in Brazil;
  21. - Advanced knowledge of sales in the Latin American market is highly desirable;
  22. - Proven track record in successfully managing sales teams, especially Key Account Managers;
  23. - Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics;
  24. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Advanced proficiency in Spanish is desirable;
  25. - Experience in developing distributor networks within the building materials industry, particularly in Latin American countries;
  26. - In-depth understanding of retail operations within the building materials sector, across various sizes of establishments;
  27. - Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, maintaining healthy margins, and building direct and indirect sales teams;
  28. - Familiarity with trade marketing strategies, point of sales activation, and campaign execution;
  29. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential.
