8. Job Responsibilities:
9. Supervise, guide, and support teachers and coaches in the implementation of the athletics and extracurricular programs, providing ongoing feedback and pedagogical follow-up;
10. Conduct continuous monitoring of available vacancies in extracurricular activities and the athletics program;
11. Plan, open, restructure, or cancel extracurricular and athletics groups/classes according to demand and institutional criteria;
12. Analyze results and performance indicators, proposing interventions to enhance student learning and development;
13. Encourage and organize student participation in external athletic competitions and events, providing support and guidance to those interested in advanced athletic development through structured training programs and specific extracurricular activities, promoting sportsmanship, ethics, and teamwork;
14. Perform other duties related to the position, as required.
15. Requirements:
16. Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking);
17. Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, management, or development of athletic programs and/or extracurricular activities within an educational setting.
