9. As an Admissions Officer, you will:
10. - Provide assistance to families interested in enrolling in the school in both English and Portuguese;
11. - Support the Admissions Supervisor;
12. - Align the admissions process with other involved departments (administration, pedagogical coordination, financial);
13. - Schedule and organize school visits;
14. - Follow the entire admissions process, from the visit to the completion of enrollment;
15. - Update the department's indicators;
16. - Respond to emails, calls, and follow up with families interested in the school in both English and Portuguese;
17. - Organize and prepare admission tests and interviews with the Coordination;
18. - Keep the system updated by uploading enrollment documentation; Clerical tasks;
19. - Perform other tasks inherent to the position.
20. Mandatory requirements for this opportunity:
21. - Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
22. - Fluent in English
23. - Advanced Excel skills
24. Desirable requirements for this opportunity:
25. - Google for Education Certification
26. - Experience in Educational Institutions
27. - Postgraduate degree or specializations in sales and communication.
28. Work hours: Monday to Friday, from 8a.m. to 6p.m.
