7. Requisitos:
8. • Master of Science degree in Engineering;
9. • Good understanding of Powertrain systems;
10. • Customer-focused, trustworthy, and results-driven;
11. • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product development, quality, and/or verification in the Powertrain area;
12. • Experience using quality tools such as FMEA to identify failure modes and mitigation actions, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), or the 8D process, etc;
13. • Knowledge in the reliability field;
14. • Experience with setting requirements for components and systems;
15. • Fluent in English (written, spoken, and listening).
16. Atividades:
17. • Ensure, maintain, and develop product reliability knowledge over time across different brands, segments, markets, and applications;
18. • Manage networks within the organization and globally in the reliability domain;
19. • Develop, deploy, and support training materials related to reliability engineering;
20. • Work on New Product Development (Project Environment);
21. • Translate product targets into product requirements alongside the project team;
22. • Define requirements and verification methods to validate the agreed product feature level;
23. • Ensure effective verification and validation plans for product development through reliability engineering;
24. • Develop and provide inputs for product reliability feature roadmaps;
25. • Work with Running Products in the Field (Maintenance Environment);
26. • Monitor product reliability evolution for different brands, segments, and applications in the market;
27. • Synchronize product reliability between current and new products;
28. • Identify, address, and monitor emerging and/or critical reliability issues over time.
