7. Requisitos:
8. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
9. • Solid experience in embedded systems, including hardware components and software design;
10. • Knowledge of CAN tools (Canalyzer, Canoe, etc.);
11. • Strong leadership experience;
12. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
13. • Automotive knowledge, with an understanding of how various truck/car systems interact;
14. • Experience in portfolio management within agile product development.
15. • Project management skills, including leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management;
16. • International and multi-cultural experience within a global organization;
17. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and requirement tools;
18. • Strong technical background in software development, particularly with Android, and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications (services) for automotive platforms and mobile/tablet devices;
19. • Experience in supplier management.
20. Atividades:
21. • Define EE architecture and system solutions;
22. • Develop and drive the local VT overall business plan;
23. • Support the framework and collaboration across different streams within VT, both locally and globally, and other organizations in GTT/Volvo Group;
24. • Manage Epics in Curitiba VT’s portfolio;
25. • Identify and create new service and connectivity solutions;
26. • Support cross-stream research initiatives with universities and external partners;
27. • Drive and support innovation activities within VT Curitiba;
28. • Lead a diverse team by establishing common objectives, fostering collaboration, and empowering team members. Guide the group through the agile journey and focus on continuous improvement efforts.
